Pure fluff, a quick and entertaining read. Its singular standout element is the pacing, flip flopping from present to past until the moment when the past is the present makes it flow like a movie. Not a great movie, not even one that lingers in your thoughts, but one you enjoy at the time. Sometimes all you are looking for is something that doesn’t make you think too hard. Nothing wrong with that!

The story follows a seemingly perfect couple as they present themselves to the world one way, and are of course completely different…wait for it…behind closed doors.

Footnote: Media boasts of this as the next Gone Girl or Girl On The Train are laughable but that doesn’t mean it’s not a good time.
