This is a wickedly crafted and ingenious thriller. A morbid blurring of the lines between predator and prey, the author toys with us from start to finish. Martin Reese has an unusual pastime, he buys police files on serial killers and uses them to locate long lost victims. You cannot begin to fathom how not well this is going to go! A cat and mouse tale reminiscent of Christie, Highsmith and Harris with just a bit more edge.
