Visceral, brutal, violent, edgy and brilliant. The language is clipped, concise and full of savvy vocabulary that tells a long story with a shortness of words. No meandering here folks. It’s so action packed that I didn’t realize, until the author pointed it out, that we didn’t know the narrators name. Let me give you a hint of the poor guys luck by saying this, if Jack Bauer thinks he had a few bad days he has no clue!
