This is one of those books that grabs you by the throat at the outset and propels you into a twisted tale that requires unraveling. When you reflect back on the opening sequence upon finishing this novel you will be left with a whole new understanding of “the honeymoon is over.” A taut and smart thriller that will leave you pondering the precarious foundation of your preconceived notions of right and wrong. Buyer beware, it may force you to confront the lies you tell yourself.
