Killers Of A Certain Age - Deanna Rayburn

Mystery/Thriller

Rating: 8.5/10

What would happen if the Golden Girls were paired up on a super-secret mission with James Bond?  Well look no further to realize that notion than this book! Hopefully a genius filmmaker has snapped up the movie rights!

A wild romp of a thriller starring a cast of four fierce and feisty sixty something lady assassins who go on the offensive rather than hide when they find themselves juggling threats from every direction.

Billie, Mary Alice, Helen, and Natalie have spent their lives honing their skills as deadly killers working for a clandestine international organization.  While on their all-expenses paid retirement trip, they discover they are targeted for elimination. Not exactly the thank you they were expecting!

Given what they know, they have plenty of enemies with reasons to take them out. Somehow, before they form a plan, they will have to narrow down that list.

There was more than one occasion in this book when I fist-pumped for the battle these women where waging against obsolescence.

An absolute gem of a read!
