A tech billionaire is diagnosed with a terminal illness and embarks on a mission to discover the identities of the children that were born from a sperm donation he made in his college years.

Once he has a list, they start to disappear.  With all traces of their existence wiped out.  Along the way we meet some rather nefarious individuals who may or may not have had reason to start picking off the kiddies of daddy big bucks.

I applaud a unique plot and story momentum, but in the end, it fell short for me.  The motive for killing the kids is peculiar and I found myself unable to connect to any of the characters.

Footnote: “Money is the root of all evil”.  This is the first, and likely the last, time I will quote something vaguely Biblical. But in this tale, nothing is more apropos.
