A novel about a bookstore owner by day and a badass vigilante by night? Count me in! 

Our hero, Nikki, gets caught up in corporate conspiracy when she is hired to follow a woman that may be the catalyst in the companies downfall. With a tight and credible plot as well as a heart wrenching back story, this book delivers one of the most distinctive, powerful and engaging protagonists I have come across in a while. It’s never in one’s best interest to underestimate a booklover!

Immensely enjoyable and peppered with literary references that added something special, this book was a treat.

Footnote: Many (including me) have said that a book never hurt anyone, we might want to rethink that stance.  At least in a literal sense.
